1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between visits. Browser storage and tracking pixels can be used for similar purposes.
2. Our approach
The public tracking and information pages do not set cookies, use browser storage or include tracking pixels. There are no analytics tools, adverts or embedded third-party content on these pages.
We use the number you enter to look up a shipment without saving it in browser storage. The number can appear in the page URL and your browser history. Keep tracking links private.
The separate staff sign-in area uses authentication to protect administrative access.
3. If this changes
If a public feature needs cookies or similar storage, we will update this policy first. Where consent is required, we will ask before setting them.
4. Managing cookies
Your browser settings let you view, block and delete cookies for individual websites or for all websites. Blocking cookies does not affect the public tracking and contact pages.
