LocateParcel takes data protection seriously. This service is designed to avoid collecting personally identifiable information.
What data do we store?
We store only:
- The tracking code (for example, PN1A2B3C4D5E6F7G8H9).
- A timeline with shipment status labels and timestamps.
We do not store names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, order contents, payment details, or IP addresses.
Deletion
Data is retained for up to 90 days after delivery and then deleted automatically. The retailer can also request immediate deletion of a specific tracking code.
Cookies
We use only functional cookies required to display the site. No third-party tracking or analytics tools are used.
